Premier League Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Existing Ladbrokes customers must predict the top 3 teams and the bottom 3 teams of the Premier League 2010/2011 season, in the correct order.
2. One entry per customer, customers must enter the competition in their own name and not on someone else’s behalf.
3. One prize per household, per IP address.
4. Customers must enter via Ladbrokes.com and click on the banner to submit their answers.
5. In the event that more there is more than one winner who has correctly predicted all 6 in the correct order, the prize pool will be split equally among the winners. If the top 3 and bottom 3 are not predicted in the correct order there will be no winner.
6. Entry to this competition is available from Friday 6th August 2010 16:00 BST.
7. Entries must be received by Saturday 14th August 2010 12:45 BST.
8. The prize is £10,000 in free bets, which breaks down to 10 x £1000 free bets if there is one winner. If there is more than one winner the prize pool will be split equally among the winners, for example if there are 12 winners £833 each as a free bet. Valid for 30 days, which can be used on any Sport. Stake not returned on winning free bets. Singles only.
9. Prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative.
10. Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only, 18 years or over, excluding employees of Ladbrokes PLC, their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
11. Winner will be notified by phone or email within 14 days of the competition end date (Wednesday 25th May 2011). The name and county of the winner will be available to view at http://compeitions.ladbrokes.com/premierleague/ within 14 days of the winner being notified.
12. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the promoter will pick an alternative winner.
13. By entering into this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decision of the promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.
14. Any personal data submitted will be used strictly by the promoter for the purposes of this competition and will not be used for any other purpose.
